Insurance
We do not directly bill insurance for medical services provided. We are "fee-for-service" meaning that payment is due in full at the time of each treatment. Upon request, we will provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Fees
Initial consultation with Dr. Logan includes history, osteopathic examination, and treatment and is 1-1.5 hours. Follow-up visits are 30-45 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment without a cancellation charge.
